Sandra M. Ramocan has extensive work experience in various roles within the social services sector. Sandra M. began their career in 2008 as a Community Education Manager at Matrix Human Services, where they managed educational programs for the community. In 2010, they were promoted to become a Program Director, overseeing the operations and development of programs. In 2014, Sandra took on the role of Director of Professional Development and Training, responsible for enhancing the skills and knowledge of staff members. Most recently, they joined Alternatives For Girls in 2017 as the Director of Outreach and Education Services, leading efforts to provide support and education to individuals in need.

Sandra M. Ramocan has a comprehensive education history spanning from 1983 to 2012. In 1983, they attended Morgan State University and obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Following this, from 2008 to 2010, Sandra pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Human Services, General at the University of Phoenix. Later, in 2011-2012, they completed their Master of Education (MEd) degree in Adult Education and Training, also at the University of Phoenix.

Furthermore, Sandra has obtained additional certifications throughout their career. As of May 2021, they received a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education.
