Tshepo Motlhetlhi

Tshepo Motlhetlhi is a seasoned private equity investor with a robust track record, currently serving at Alterra Capital Partners since November 2025. Prior to this role, Tshepo contributed to The Rohatyn Group and Ethos Private Equity as a private equity investor from April 2023 to October 2025 and April 2017 to October 2025, respectively. Earlier experience includes serving as an M&A transactor at Nedbank from January 2012 to March 2017 and as a vacation student at KPMG in January 2011, where involvement included the annual audit of Old Mutual and its subsidiaries. Tshepo holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting and an undergraduate Bachelor of Commerce degree, both from the University of Cape Town.
