Eugene Pringle

Eugene Pringle is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in the energy and financial services sectors. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Alterra Energy since April 2020, Pringle contributes to the company's innovative chemical recycling technology aimed at transforming waste plastics into valuable petrochemical products. Additionally, Pringle holds the position of Member and CFO at Horn and Watson Capital Partners LLC since 2019. Previously, Pringle co-founded OMA Advisors LLC, focusing on private equity investments for family offices from 2012 to 2018. Past roles include senior leadership positions at GE Capital and Gas Energy Inc., as well as foundational experience as Audit Manager at Coopers & Lybrand. Eugene Pringle holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Florida.
