Laura Van Schyndel is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in cash accounting and financial management. Currently serving as Cash Accounting Manager at Alterra Mountain Company since September 2020, Laura has also held positions as Senior Cash Accountant and Senior Project Accountant. Previous experience includes roles at Winter Park Resort as Ski & Ride School Financial Supervisor and a Level 1 Certified Ski Instructor, as well as Assistant Kitchen Manager at IgadI, Ltd. Additional financial expertise was gained at BIC Corporation as Sales Finance Senior Accountant and at McGladrey as Senior Assurance Associate. Laura began a career in finance at The Trustees of Reservations as Staff. Laura holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst, completed in 2010.
