Nicolo' Dagnino

Nicolo' Dagnino is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Food & Beverage at Alterra Mountain Company, Nicolo' has held several key positions, including Managing Director for the North Region and eCommerce, as well as Managing Director for Canada at Eataly. Nicolo' also has a background as Director of Store Operations at Eataly and previously worked at HMSHost as Director of Business Development. Nicolo' began a career in management consulting at Deloitte, where responsibilities included Manager and Senior Consultant. Educationally, Nicolo' holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Università Bocconi and an MBA from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business.
