Paula de Haen

Paula de Haen has over three decades of experience in employee experience, support, and development, currently serving as Chief of Staff and VP Employee Experience & Support at Alterra Mountain Company since February 2022. Prior to this role, Paula spent more than 30 years at Ticketmaster, where various titles included VP Employee Experience and VP People Programs & Communication, focusing on creating inclusive global strategies for employee growth and development. Additional experience includes roles in production at the Bee Gees European Tour, front of house at the Sydney Entertainment Centre, and box office management at Footbridge Theatre. Paula holds a certification as a Professional Coach from iPEC Coaching.
