Anthony Warfel

Anthony Warfel is an experienced property and sales manager with a diverse background in real estate and senior living communities. Since April 2021, Anthony has been with Alterra Property Group, holding roles as Property Manager and Leasing Manager. Previously, Anthony served as the Director of Sales and Marketing at Springfield Senior Living and Watermark Retirement Communities from March 2020 to March 2021 and October 2017 to March 2020, respectively. Prior experiences include leasing positions at Forest City Realty Trust and a brief role as a Remodeling Consultant at Power Home Remodeling Group. Anthony started the career as a Project Manager at Warfel Construction Company Inc. from May 2008 to May 2014 and also coached boys varsity soccer at Greenwood Mennonite School from 2010 to 2014. Anthony holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Valley Forge and has an educational background from Hesston College.
