Jared Tracy is a seasoned property management professional with extensive experience in various roles across the industry. Currently serving as a Property Manager at Alterra Property Group since November 2023, Jared previously held positions at Cardinal Group Management as a Multisite Community Manager and at Lincoln Property Company as a Business Manager. Early career roles include serving as a Community Manager and Assistant Community Manager at Valiant Residential and a Leasing Consultant at Westdale Asset Management.
