Lesli Rice

Lesli Rice, ARM, currently serves as the Director of Risk Management at Alterra Property Group since April 2024. Prior to this role, Lesli held the position of Senior Director of Risk Management at Greystar from October 2023 to March 2024 and served as Director of Risk Management at Lincoln Avenue Capital from July 2021 to October 2023, where responsibilities also included managerial duties in Risk Management. Lesli began a lengthy career at Turner Construction Company, starting as a Claims Coordinator from February 2007 to August 2010, before advancing to roles such as Insurance Manager and Insurance Risk Analyst until July 2021. Lesli’s career initiated at Allstate as a Claims Adjuster from December 2003 to January 2007. Lesli holds a Bachelor of Arts in Classics from Connecticut College and studied at John Cabot University in Rome in 2002.
