Tom Baker

Tom Baker, CPA, has extensive experience in financial management, currently serving as Chief Financial Officer and previously as Vice President of Accounting & Reporting and Controller at Alterra Property Group since May 2017. Prior roles include Senior Controller at Actus Management, LLC, and Corporate Controller at Actus Holdings, LLC from July 2015 to April 2017. Tom also worked as an Experienced Assurance Associate at PwC, and held accounting positions at Grasso Holdings and Liberty Property Trust. Tom Baker earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, completing the degree from 2000 to 2004.
