Sesethu Tswane

Sesethu Tswane has held two professional positions. In 2020, they were the Head of Business Development at AlterSkills. Prior to that, from 2018 to 2020, they were the Co-Founder and Head of People Operations at Ziggy's. In this role, they managed and developed all things team related, helped find culturally fit candidates, onboarded and managed the employees journey and experience, and worked to improve company culture, increase team engagement, and align the team with the overall business goals.

Sesethu Tswane holds a Psychology Honours degree from Nelson Mandela University in the field of Health Sciences. Sesethu also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology (BAPsych) from Nelson Mandela University in the field of Psychology. Additionally, they obtained a Talent Sourcing certification from LinkedIn in November 2021.
