Daniel Carini

Daniel Carini has a diverse work experience in the field of renewable energy and engineering. Daniel started their career at Roche as a Telecommunication Engineer in 1997. Daniel then worked at Avaya as an Electrical Engineer from 1998 to 2002. From 2002 to 2005, they served as an Electrical Engineer at Universidad de Valladolid. Later, they joined Touchbase Ibérica as an Electrical Engineer from 2005 to 2007.

In 2007, they joined Abengoa and held multiple roles including I&C Engineer Coordinator, I&C and Electrical Contract Manager, and I&C Construction Manager. Daniel was responsible for managing various projects, including a bio-ethanol plant and a solar power plant.

In 2015, Carini joined GE Renewable Energy as an Electrical and IC Construction Manager. Daniel worked there until 2018, overseeing construction projects. Daniel then joined I+D Energías as a Poland Construction Manager from 2018 to 2019.

Currently, Carini is working at Altertec Renovables as a PV Project Director since 2019.

Daniel Carini obtained their Master's Degree in PHDA from Santa Clara University in 2012. Daniel also completed a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering from the Ministry of Education of Spain and a Master's Degree in Electronic and Communications Engineering from the University of Buenos Aires. In addition to their formal education, Daniel has obtained several certifications from Skillsoft, including "Developing a Personal Accountability Framework," "Becoming a Continuous Learner," "Developing Emotional Intelligence," "Organizations Change So Get Ready," "Solve Problems Using Systems Thinking in the Workplace," and "The Power of Insight: How Self-Awareness Helps Us Succeed at Work and in Life." These certifications were obtained in January and February of 2023.
