Brett Johnson

Brett Johnson, MBA, CPA, has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Brett is currently serving as the Vice President of Finance and Controller at Alterwood Health Management, Inc. Since joining in October 2021. Previously, they worked at Riverside Health, Inc, University of Maryland Medical Systems Health Plans, and CareFirst, Inc. where they held the position of Controller from December 2013 to October 2021. Prior to that, they were the Controller at Indemnity Insurance Corporation from February 2013 to November 2013. Brett has also worked as an Accounting Manager at Ripken Baseball from July 2009 to February 2013 and as a Senior Accountant at Erickson Living from December 2004 to July 2009. Brett started their career at Legg Mason as an Intern for a brief period in December 2003 and at Westminster Union Bank as a Floating Teller from January 2001 to May 2003.
