Amber Bray

Amber Bray, M.Ed, currently serves as the Product Engineering Chief of Staff at Alteryx, where responsibilities include scalability readiness for a billion-dollar revenue target and enhancing developer experience through strategic assessments and cloud innovation. Prior to this role, Amber held various leadership positions, including Head of People and Culture at Scrum Alliance, where strategic human-centered design was utilized to align mission and objectives, and Operational Effectiveness Consultant at Slalom, focusing on business agility and team engagement. Previously, Amber led business transformation efforts at GLS Worldwide for Fortune 100-500 companies, managed HR and learning initiatives at Jeppesen/Boeing, developed talent strategies at ConAgra Foods, and served as Branch Manager at Vector Marketing.
