Ana Luisa Muniz

Ana Luisa Muniz, M.A. EdTech, currently serves as a Senior Instructional Designer for Customer Education at Alteryx since November 2021, after previously holding the position of Instructional Designer in the same department. Prior experience includes roles as an Instructional Designer at Studio 7 Communications and as an Instructional Design Consultant for The Summit Group. Additionally, Ana completed an internship in instructional design at Bell and has experience as a Customer Service Agent/Trainer at Safilo, where responsibilities included training new employees. Early career experiences include freelance translation and EFL teaching, along with content development for e-learning. Ana Luisa holds a Master’s degree in Education Technology from Concordia University and a BA in English Language and Literature from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo.
