Dan Shepard

Dan Shepard is a seasoned sales leader with extensive experience across various technology companies. Currently serving as Sales Director at Alteryx since October 2023, Dan has previously held significant roles such as Regional Sales Director at MongoDB, where responsibilities included managing enterprise sales in the Southeast and achieving substantial customer renewals and expansions. At Sisense, Dan contributed to nearly 40% of the company’s growth targets as RVP for the East Region, and while at Alteryx from 2016 to 2020, Dan successfully built and led the Enterprise Segment for the Northeast and Canada. Other notable positions include Regional Director at Nimble Storage, Storage Practice Manager at Oracle, and Regional Director for Pillar Data Systems and SUN (STK). Dan holds a Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies and Political Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and has completed certifications in Challenger Sales and MEDDIC methodologies.
