Gary Schwartz is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in software development and analytics. Currently serving as Vice President of Engineering at Alteryx since March 2010, Gary has held multiple key positions, including Senior Director and Director of Engineering, where responsibilities encompassed leading agile teams to enhance collaboration and governance within the Alteryx platform, driving cloud-based analytics solutions, and improving API offerings. Prior to Alteryx, Gary led software development at Mapping Analytics, overseeing a team that created proprietary analytical tools, and contributed as a Software Engineer at Claritas. Gary holds a Master’s degree in Geography and a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies from Binghamton University.
