Michael Splaver is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in commercial legal affairs. Currently serving as Vice President of Legal at Alteryx since May 2021, Splaver heads the Commercial Legal team. Prior to Alteryx, Splaver held the position of Director, Associate General Counsel at Adobe from March 2012 to May 2021, overseeing the North America Enterprise Sales Legal team and leading a group of 30 attorneys and senior legal specialists. Splaver's career includes significant roles at Nuance as Manager, Sr Legal Counsel, where successful negotiations resulted in substantial revenue generation, and at Viecore as Director of Contracts and Legal, managing all aspects of contractual negotiations and legal affairs. Earlier experience includes serving as Licensing Attorney at Telcordia. Splaver earned a Juris Doctor from Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University and a Bachelor of Science in Business/Managerial Economics from SUNY Oneonta.
