Tim Conway is an experienced leader in customer success and technology strategy, currently serving as Vice President of Customer Success at Alteryx since April 2025. Conway also teaches technology and UX classes as an Adjunct Professor at Northeastern University since January 2016. Previously, Conway held the position of CIO and CISO at Amwell from October 2022 to December 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing technology strategy and cybersecurity measures. As Senior Vice President of Customer Success at LivePerson from January 2022 to October 2022, Conway led the global division for a $500M+ business. At Salesforce, from April 2012 to December 2021, Conway was Vice President of Customer Success for the $800M+ Healthcare business and managed a $40M portfolio of Fortune 100 clients as Director of Customer Success. Conway holds an MBA in Management and Finance from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business and a BS in Structural Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
