Tania R is an experienced professional with a strong background in project administration and site management, currently serving as a Project Administrator at Altex Industries Inc since August 2021. Tania has extensive experience in managing Labour Equipment and Materials (LEM) processes across various projects, including those for COOP Refinery Regina, Imperial Oil, and CNRL Horizon, supporting crews of up to 350 personnel. Prior to current roles, Tania held positions in project administration at WorleyCord and site administration at various companies, overseeing onboarding, payroll management, and compliance while maintaining detailed project documentation. Tania also possesses entrepreneurship experience as the owner of R-Tastic Studios and has a solid educational foundation with a General B.A in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology from the University of Ottawa and entrepreneurship studies at OSEB.
