Magda Filip

Magda Filip has extensive work experience in the field of home comfort products, particularly in air and water treatment. Magda is currently the Home Comfort [Air&Water treatment] Category Director at ALTEX Romania, a position they began in March 2022. In this role, they focus on driving growth, innovation, and market alignment within the category. Magda'sresponsibilities include crafting and implementing comprehensive category strategies that align with market trends, customer needs, and organizational goals.

Prior to their current role, Magda served as the Home Comfort [Air&Water treatment] BU Director at Complet Electroserv, a part of the Altex Group, from July 2017 to February 2022.

From April 2015 to June 2017, Magda worked as the Division Manager SDA&HC at ALTEX Romania. Magda also held the position of Project Manager Bosch at BSH Electrocasnice SRL from March 2013 to March 2015.

Magda's career also includes experience as Key Account Manager at ZELMER SOUTH EUROPE SRL from December 2011 to February 2013.

Magda's earliest work experience in the field dates back to their time at ALTEX Romania, where they worked as the Division Manager SDA&HC from August 2008 to November 2011 and as the Product Manager SDA&HC from December 2002 to July 2008.

Magda Filip has pursued their education from 1996 to 2002 at Universitatea "Spiru Haret" din București. During this time, they obtained a Licenta in Drept Academia de Politie, focusing their studies in the field of Drept.
