Monica Ciolanel

Monica Ciolanel has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Monica is currently the Marketplace Director at ALTEX Romania, a role they have held since August 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of Marketplace at Vivre Deco from October 2020 to July 2021. In 2019, Monica served as the e-Commerce Channel Manager at Vodafone, and from June 2018 to April 2019, they held the position of Group Marketing and Ecommerce Director at Group PPT Preturi Pentru Tine - Prices For You.

Before joining these companies, Monica worked at eMAG where they held various roles including Marketplace Manager from February 2017 to April 2018, International Marketplace Development Manager from March 2014 to January 2017, and Marketplace Category Manager from November 2012 to February 2014.

Monica'scareer started at Brava Tour in 2005 where they were the Owner and Manager Director until February 2012. Prior to that, they worked at CHF International as a Business Project Manager from August 2004 to May 2007, and at MATCA as a Public Relations Specialist from April 2003 to January 2004.

Monica's early work experience includes a role as an Interview Operator and Team Coordinator at IMAS Marketing si Sondaje from October 1998 to March 2003.

Monica Ciolanel completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Maastricht School of Management, specializing in eMAG Management Academy, from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Project Manager Professional certification from the Institute of Project Management, focusing on Management, which they pursued from 2006 to 2009. In 2006, Monica also earned a degree in Tourism Manager from THR Consulting Group, specializing in Tourism and Travel Services Management. Earlier in their education, they pursued a Master's degree in Project Management from Scoala Nationala de Studii Politice si Administrative (SNSPA) between 2003 and 2005. Furthermore, Monica holds a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Titu Maiorescu University, which they completed from 1998 to 2002.

In terms of additional certifications, Monica obtained their PMP (Project Management Professional) certification in November 2009 from the Project Management Institute.
