Ovidiu-Daniel Boureanu serves as an In-House Lawyer at ALTEX Romania since May 2024, following a prominent career as a Senior Associate at Tuca Zbarcea & Asociatii from July 2017 to May 2024, where expertise in real estate and mergers and acquisitions was developed. Ovidiu-Daniel has a comprehensive background in drafting legal opinions, transaction documents, and due diligence reports across various legal fields, including real estate, civil, and commercial law, with experiences at several law firms and organizations such as SCA Trofin & Asociatii, RATIU & RATIU S.P.A.R.L, and Romsys Ltd. Previous legal advisory roles at ANCOM and the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology honed regulatory and compliance skills within the telecommunications sector.
