Irina Shumara

Irina Shumara has worked in the recruiting industry for the past five years. Irina began their career in 2016 as an IT-Recruiter at IT-Rex - Staffing Services. In 2020, they moved to Benefit - Recruiting Company where they worked as an IT-Recruiter. Currently, they are employed at AltexSoft as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and Talent Acquisition Researcher, roles they have held since 2021.

Irina Shumara attended the Boarding School named after N. I. Zhuzhoma from 1987 to 1998, where they received a Secondary education. Irina then attended the National Pedagogical University 'O.Dovzhenko from 1998 to 2003, where they earned a Specialist degree in Primary Education.
