Tatia Bagashvili

Tatia Bagashvili has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles.

Tatia began their career at AIESEC in 2016, where they held multiple leadership positions such as Local Committee President, Outgoing Global Talent Manager, and Sales and Marketing Manager. Tatia was actively involved in talent management, sales, and marketing during their time at AIESEC.

After that, Tatia worked at AIESEC in Georgia as the Head of Talent Management and later as a Human Resources Recruiter. Tatia played a vital role in recruiting talent and managing the organization's human resources.

In 2021, they joined MTG LOGISTICS as a Human Resources Recruiting Specialist and eventually became a Human Resources Manager. Their responsibilities included recruitment and management of human resources within the company.

Following their time at MTG LOGISTICS, Tatia worked as a Talent Sourcer at Betsson Group, where they sourced potential candidates for various roles in the company.

Currently, they are employed as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at AltexSoft, contributing to talent acquisition efforts within the organization.

Tatia Bagashvili obtained their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Ilia State University, where they studied from 2016 to 2020. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General at SEU from 2020 to 2022.
