In 2016, Utkarsh worked as an MBA summer intern with Tamarind Global, assisting with an international convention for The Confederation of Real Estate Developers' Associations of India (CREDAI) in Shanghai, China. Utkarsh contributed to strategic business planning and gained insights into housing and real estate sectors.

Utkarsh joined AxisRooms Travel Distribution Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in 2018 as a revenue manager, handling premium client properties in North India, Sri Lanka, Nepal, and Vietnam. Later that year, they joined Swiggy as an area manager, overseeing a fleet of 5,000 delivery executives.

In 2019, Utkarsh joined TheSqua.re Serviced Apartments again, this time as a manager of reservations sales. Utkarsh successfully built a commission-based model business from scratch and led a team to achieve significant revenue growth.

Most recently, Utkarsh joined AltF CoWorking in 2022 as a revenue manager and was promoted to senior revenue manager in April 2023. Utkarsh is responsible for the auxiliary revenue and sales vertical of the business.
