Digby R. started their career at Bull, Housser & Tupper, where they began as an Articling Student and worked their way up to become an Associate and eventually a Partner. During their time at the firm, they received valuable guidance from experienced mentors. In 1992, Digby ventured out on their own and co-founded Hobbs & Leigh, a successful boutique insolvency and commercial litigation firm. As a Partner, they played a key role in growing the firm to 23 employees with multiple offices. In 2005, they joined Digby Leigh & Co., where they served as the Managing Partner, Lawyer, and Mentor. The firm offered a wide range of legal services and specialized in finding unique and innovative solutions for complex business needs. In 2020, Digby became a Co-Founder of AltFee, a project aimed at revolutionizing the legal industry by providing a SaaS product that enables law firms to move away from hourly billing to upfront agreed upon pricing.
