Rohan Parikh

Rohan Parikh is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Real Estate Team Leader at Altfest Personal Wealth Management since September 2018. In this role, Rohan manages two private equity funds focused on distressed private real estate investments, overseeing all aspects of fund operations, including capital raising and risk management, while also leading a team of real estate analysts. Prior experience includes the role of Analyst at Altfest, where Rohan built a private equity fund and developed investment models. Additional internships were completed at Cape Securities, Inc., GreenRock LLC, and Keynote India Limited, where Rohan gained exposure to finance, investment analysis, and market research. Rohan holds an MBA in Finance from Pace University and a BTech in Telecommunications Management from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies.
