You will need at 1-2 years of experience working in a recruitment or commercial position and should be able to think on your feet. You'll be responsible for connecting top talent with our clients, so exceptional communication skills are essential. Proficiency in MS Office and a keen eye for detail are also required.

This grass-roots role has the potential to develop into something much more. We’re looking for a candidate that has expert recruitment experience and is excited by the prospect of managing their own team in the future.

Education Requirements

• Degree from a reputable university

Experience Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or commercial role

Responsibilities

• Utilise tools to identify top candidates for client mandates
• Engage with clients and candidates telephonically, oversee the recruitment process, and document everything in our ATS system
• Arrange and format CVs, coordinate interviews, and manage placement logistics
• Develop a robust network and cultivate client relationships
• Achieve and surpass performance targets
