Priscilla Gibson

Priscilla Gibson is an accomplished recruitment professional currently serving as the Director of AltGen (UK), leading the Executive Search offering since February 2012. Prior to this role, Priscilla was the Associate Director at AltGen Group, focusing on capacity building services for Renewable Energy clients across Africa. With a rich background in recruitment, Priscilla founded Tech-Pro Personnel in 1997, transforming it into a leading firm in Supply Chain Management in Southern Africa before selling it in 2008. Priscilla has implemented innovative strategies and systems, developed educational programs for executives, and has shared expertise through presentations and publications. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Management Coaching from Stellenbosch Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Rhodes University.
