Giovanni Krasna

Giovanni Krasna has extensive work experience in legal and corporate affairs. Giovanni is currently serving as the Director of Corporate Legal Affairs at F2i Medtech S.p.A. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Legal & Corporate Affairs at Althea. Giovanni has also served as a Member of the Board of Directors at TESAN - TELEVITA S.R.L. In addition, Giovanni has held managerial roles in various Althea subsidiaries, including Althea Belgique BvBa and Althea Healthcare España S.L. Giovanni has also worked as a General, Corporate, Legal Affairs Director and Head of General, Corporate, Legal Affairs and Risk Management at TBS Group Spa. Before that, they gained experience at Bio Bit S.r.l. and Allianz Lloyd Adriatico.

Giovanni Krasna obtained a Diploma Executive Master in Business Administration in 2015 from MIB Trieste School of Management. Prior to that, they completed their studies in Giurisprudenza and received a Laurea vecchio ordinamento from Università degli Studi di Trieste in 1996. In 1988, they finished their liceo classico education at Liceo Classico Dante Alighieri.
