Mike Hill

Mike Hill has a diverse work experience in engineering and leadership roles. Mike started their career at Martin Marietta as a Software Engineer, where they developed testing systems and application server technology. Mike then worked at Hughes Aircraft as a Software Development Manager before co-founding System Integration Software (SIS) and serving as the COO and VP of Engineering. After that, they joined SM&A as the SVP & Deputy General Manager, overseeing the software division. Hill then co-founded XAware and held multiple roles including Co-Founder, COO, and President. Mike later worked at Kepler Research as the Vice President of Products & Services. Prior to their current role, Hill worked at Millennium Engineering and Integration as a Lead Engineer. Mike is currently the VP of Engineering at Altia, Inc.

Mike Hill attended the Colorado School of Mines from 1982 to 1985, where they earned a BS degree in Geophysics.
