Kimmo Nylander has a diverse range of work experience. Kimmo started their career at Elämystaikurit as a Project Manager and Event Coordinator, working on field operations for various events. Kimmo then moved to L'Oréal as a Product Manager, where they gained experience in product management. Later, at Altia Plc, they held several roles including Brand Manager for Koskenkorva and Jaloviina, Business Manager for own brands whisky, rum, and liqueur, Head of Cognac Category, and Global Brand Development Manager for Cognacs and Brandies Category Lead. In these roles, they had profit and loss responsibility, managed commercial and marketing operations, and developed strategies for various brands and categories.
