Kathia Yacaman

Kathia Yacaman is an experienced executive with a proven track record in the real estate and marketing sectors. As the Executive Vice President of the Real Estate Division at both GK and Altia Smart City since 2010, Kathia directs end-to-end operations encompassing marketing, commercial sales, and customer experience, while leading the decision-making team to implement new initiatives. Prior to this role, Kathia served as Corporate Marketing & Commercial Manager, overseeing various marketing functions and managing a team of over 20 employees. Kathia holds a BBA with double majors in International Business and Marketing from Loyola University New Orleans, a Customer Experience Specialist designation from CX University, and completed a program in Digital Marketing at Yale School of Management.
