Eirik Henriksen

Eirik Henriksen is an experienced network engineer currently working at Altibox since August 2018, where roles have included Senior Critical Incident Manager and Network Operations Center Engineer, focusing on network, services, and application monitoring, along with configuring and troubleshooting Cisco and Huawei routers and switches. Prior to this, Eirik served as a Customer Consultant at Lyse Dialog AS, addressing telecom, IT, and invoicing inquiries, and held positions as an IT Consultant at Atea Norge, IT Support Agent at CGI, and IT Technician at Caverion, where responsibilities included installation and troubleshooting of end-user equipment.
