Kjersti Cuddeford has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Kjersti began their career as a Project Manager at Rogaland fylkeskommune, where they were responsible for project planning, budgeting, coordination, and reporting. Kjersti then moved on to Nordic Consultancy Services AS, where they worked as a Senior Consultant, providing their expertise in reorganization, business plan development, budgeting, reporting, contract management, and change of organizational routines.

In 2012, Kjersti joined Aibel, taking on various roles. Kjersti started as a Lead Analyst, analyzing Aibel's operating model and proposing initiatives to improve the company's capabilities. Kjersti then became an Implementation Manager, overseeing the implementation of new products, services, and technology to optimize the organization's operations. Kjersti later became the MMO Business Unit IT/IM Manager, with operational responsibility for all IM/IT deliverables and ensuring compliances with contract requirements. Additionally, they served as the Head of Business Improvement, supporting MMO contracts to optimize productivity and streamline deliverables.

Since 2016, Kjersti has been working at Altibox AS as the Head of Portfolio Management, where they are responsible for managing and overseeing the company's portfolio of projects.

Kjersti Cuddeford attended Copenhagen Business School where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Business Administration from 1989 to 1992. Kjersti then pursued a Master of Science degree in Economics and Business Administration with a specialization in Strategy, Organisation, and Leadership from 1992 to 1994, also at Copenhagen Business School. In addition to their formal education, Kjersti Cuddeford obtained the ITIL Foundation V3 certification from THE BRITISH COMPUTER SOCIETY in July 2011.
