Kristin Langfjæran

Kristin Langfjæran has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Kristin is currently working as an ERP- and improvement responsible for procurement at Lyse AS. In this role, they are responsible for implementing D365 in Lyse companies and focusing on continuous improvement processes in the procurement department.

Prior to their current role, Kristin worked as a Controller at Altibox AS from 2020. Their responsibilities included controlling of hired personnel, project follow-up, monthly reporting, budgeting, and ad hoc controller tasks. Kristin also assisted in the transition to a new ERP system, Dynamics 365, and a new timekeeping system, Workforce Software.

Before joining Altibox AS, Kristin was a Consultant in accounting and payroll at Helse Vest from 2016 to 2020. Kristin performed various accounting tasks and provided financial information to the management of Sykehusapoteka Vest HF using tools such as SAP, Excel, Oracle Finance, FarmaPro, Visma, and Agresso.

From 2014 to 2015, Kristin worked as a Consultant in payroll at Cognizant. Their main tasks involved ensuring accurate processing and recording of clients' payroll and providing timely financial information using Excel and SAP.

Prior to that, Kristin worked at Aker Solutions as a Project Financial Controller and Risk & Change Coordinator from 2013 to 2014. Their responsibilities included controlling personnel rates, project purchases, monthly forecasting/reporting, and implementing a program for project change control. Kristin also provided training to personnel using Excel, SAP, and MIPS.

In 2011, Kristin had a summer internship as a Project Financial Controller at Aker Solutions, where they assisted in a project reconciliation process.

Earlier in their career, Kristin served as a Coordinator at Tekna from 2007 to 2008 and worked as an Alpine Skiing Trainer at Heming IL.

In 2007, Kristin attended the Western Norway University of Applied Sciences, focusing on Athlete Physiology in the field of study, specifically Alpine Skiing Trainer. In 2008, they enrolled at the BI Norwegian Business School and graduated in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science in Business and Economics. Additionally, in 2010, Kristin participated in an exchange program at Nanyang Technological University in Singapore, emphasizing business.
