Ove Person

Ove Person has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Ove started their career in 2011 as a Butikkmedarbeider at Expert AS, where they worked until 2013. In 2014, Ove worked as a Lagermedarbeider at Hove Festilvalleir under Live Nation for a brief period. Ove then worked as a Scenearbeider at Klippen Lydsystemer as a freelance employee in 2015.

Later in 2015, Ove joined Hemmersbach GmbH & Co. KG as an IKT Driftstekniker, engaging in hardware maintenance, equipment installation, testing, and documentation. Ove also coordinated and tested new equipment from suppliers in projects. Currently, Ove works as an IPTV Operations Engineer at Altibox, contributing to the development and maintenance of central IPTV systems and platforms that deliver media content to Altibox's customer base. Ove is also involved in platform operations and serves as a single point of contact for TV technology. Ove is part of the system and TV support team.

Ove Person pursued their education at the University of Agder (UiA). Ove earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering with a specialization in Networking and Security, completing this program from 2010 to 2013. Following this, Ove decided to further their education by pursuing a Master's degree in ICT Security at UiA. Ove successfully completed their Master's degree program from 2013 to 2015. Ove also obtained additional certifications throughout their career. In September 2017, they attained the LPI Linux Essentials certification from the Linux Professional Institute. Additionally, in February 2017, they acquired the ITIL Foundation v3 certification from ITIL Certified. In March 2023, Ove completed the Kepner Tregoe Problem Resolution course at Glasspaper.
