Celia Ferreira

Celia Ferreira is a seasoned QA assurance professional with extensive experience in software testing and quality assurance since 2008. Currently working at WITHUS Telecommunication Developments since November 2014, Celia's key responsibilities include requirements analysis, test case specification, system and integration testing, customer support during software acceptance phases, and building regression test sets. Prior roles include software testing positions at PT Inovação, Skillware, and Telbit, where Celia focused on test design, execution, and environment preparation. Celia possesses knowledge of various defect tracking software and test automation tools, including HP Quality Center, Atlassian JIRA, Jenkins, Ruby, and Cucumber, as well as SOAP UI. Additionally, Celia has experience in training theoretical and practical ICT concepts for better societal integration. Celia holds a degree in Telecommunications and Informatic Engineering from Instituto Politécnico de Viseu.
