Manuel Aguiar

Manuel Aguiar has over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Manuel started their career at Instituto de Telecomunicações as a Software Developer in 1996. In 1998, they became a Software Technical Lead at PT Inovação, where they worked until 2004. In 2005, they briefly served as OSS Division Manager at Portugal Telecom Inovação Brasil. Manuel then returned to PT Inovação and held various roles, including Head of Local Management and QoS from 2006 to 2008 and OSS Diagnostic and QoS Division Manager from 2008 to 2013. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as the Head of OSS Solutions and Products for Problem Management, Diagnostic, and QoS at PT Inovação e Sistemas. In 2015, they joined Altice Labs as the Head of OSS Assurance and Security. In 2019, they were promoted to the position of Head of Operations Support Systems (OSS) at Altice Labs.

Manuel Aguiar attended Universidade de Aveiro from 1988 to 1994, majoring in Electronics and Telecommunications. No degree name is provided for the education.
