Alexander Leong

Alexander Leong is an experienced System Administrator with a robust background in network operations and customer service. Since June 2016, Alexander has been with Altice USA, having previously worked at Cablevision from September 2006 to June 2016, where roles included Network Operations Center Supervisor and various positions in the NOC. Responsibilities included managing NOC technicians, troubleshooting WiFi devices, and monitoring fiber network performance. Alexander also has experience as a photographer for events such as Importfest and NYU Fashion Shows, alongside early career positions in accounts payable and billing. Alexander holds certifications in Computer Repair and Autobody, and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Math & Statistics from Stony Brook University.
