Chris Pflaum

Chris Pflaum is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations performance, process improvement, and quality management, currently serving as VP of Operations Performance at Altice USA since November 2014. With a strong background in designing end-to-end process performance strategies and monitoring KPIs, Chris has effectively led initiatives to enhance customer experience while reducing operating costs. Previous roles include senior positions at Northrop Grumman Corporation, where Chris managed engineering projects and product development, and contributions to Booz Allen Hamilton as a data analysis software developer. Chris holds an MBA in Finance from Hofstra University, along with certifications in Customer Experience Management and Six Sigma.
