Christopher Clarke serves as the Senior Vice President of Compensation, Benefits, and HR Operations at Altice USA, where responsibilities include leading compensation, benefits, payroll, and HR shared services. As a member of the senior HR leadership team, Christopher provides strategic guidance on total rewards programs and has succeeded in implementing performance-driven compensation structures. Prior roles at Altice USA included Vice President positions focused on compensation, benefits, and corporate benefits, where notable achievements included the introduction of a "pay for performance" program and the development of a tool for organizational design improvement. Before joining Altice USA, Christopher was a Principal and Consulting Actuary at Buck Consultants, providing employee benefit consulting services. Christopher holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BS in Mathematics from New York University - Polytechnic School of Engineering.
