Additionally, Julie is a Venture Investor/Partner at VU Venture Partners. Previously, Julie held the position of Global Director of Strategic Planning and People Analytics at IGM Financial Inc., a prominent global wealth and asset management firm. Julie has also served as the Head of Talent Analytics at the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board, and in various roles at Dropbox, Electronic Arts, RMS, Illinois Business Consulting, Sears Holdings Corporation, and Aon. Julie's educational background includes an MBA from the Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management and advanced education in venture capital and human resources from Columbia Business School and the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, respectively, along with a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Beloit College and a Master of International Business from Queen's University.
