Lina Esteves

Lina Esteves is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and customer relations, currently serving as the Director of Quality Assurance at Altice USA since the company's acquisition of Cablevision in December 2015. Lina's career at Altice has included various roles such as Quality Manager for Customer Care & Retention and Senior Quality Specialist. Prior to joining Altice, Lina worked at the New York State Department of Motor Vehicles as an Office Trainer and Audit Clerk, and held positions at ABBE Laboratories, Inc. as a Project Coordinator and at Irn Payment Systems as a Risk Analyst/Underwriter, spanning back to 2001.
