Rosina O'Shea, PMP, CSM, currently serves as Senior Director of Retention Readiness at Altice USA, leading strategic programs in the Retention channel since March 2021. Prior to this role, O'Shea held multiple positions at JetBlue Airways from September 2010 to August 2020, including Director of Customer Experience PMO and IT Project Manager for both mobile and web projects, overseeing significant enhancements to customer experience and managing a large portfolio of digital initiatives. O'Shea began professional career at CA from January 2001 to April 2010, ultimately serving as Senior Business Systems Analyst, where responsibilities included supporting SAP modules for thousands of employees and implementing various applications. O'Shea holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems from Dowling College and an Associate's Degree in the same field from Nassau Community College.
