Russell Catsoris has over two decades of experience in technology management, having held significant roles at Altice USA since December 2018, including Vice President OSS/BSS Development and previously Senior Director, Software Development. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Application Development at Lightpath, where Russell implemented enabling technologies to enhance operational efficiency and customer service while managing substantial project and operational budgets. Russell's career began at Computer Associates, Inc. as Sales Accounting IT Support. Russell holds an Associate's degree in Computer Science and Data Processing from Farmingdale State College and has pursued studies at the State University of New York at Old Westbury.
