Samantha Sicari is an experienced marketing professional with a robust background in customer communications and lifecycle marketing. Currently serving as the Customer Communications Director at Altice USA since November 2010, Samantha leads strategy and execution initiatives aimed at onboarding, retaining, and fostering customer loyalty through personalized marketing efforts. Responsibilities include managing relationships with external vendors and overseeing creative development across various marketing channels. Previously, as the National Marketing Senior Manager at American Connections/Wireless Channels, Samantha was involved in advertising planning, copywriting, and website content management.
