Kevin Kileen

Kevin Kileen has extensive legal experience, currently serving as Vice President of Global Litigation and North America & India Legal at Alticor Inc. since December 2011, where responsibilities have included overseeing litigation and legal matters within multiple regions. Previous roles at Alticor include Vice President for North America and India Regions, alongside various legal positions from Managing Counsel to Corporate Counsel. Prior to joining Alticor, Kevin practiced as an Associate Litigation Attorney at Warner Norcross & Judd LLP and held a Judicial Law Clerk position for the Honorable Marvin E. Aspen at the Northern District of Illinois. Earlier experience includes work as an Associate Attorney at Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Kevin Kileen earned a JD from the University of Illinois College of Law and a BBA in Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame.
