Ema Freitas

Ema Freitas began their work experience in 2008 as an intern at Grupo Pestana. Ema then worked as a Front Desk Receptionist at Vip Hotels from December 2008 to June 2009. Following that, they worked as a Front Desk Receptionist at HF Hotéis Fénix from November 2009 to March 2010. Ema then joined MALO CLINIC Health & Wellness as a Welcome Desk staff member from March 2010 to May 2010.

In 2010, Ema took on the role of a Hostess at Rent4Days Apartment Rentals from May 2010 to October 2010. Ema joined RentExperience Vacation Rentals Agency in November 2011 as a Greeter, where they welcomed guests and ensured their needs were met during their stay. From June 2014 to December 2017, Ema worked as an Operation Manager at RentExperience Vacation Rentals Agency, overseeing various responsibilities related to property management. Ema then transitioned to the role of an Onboarding Manager at RentExperience Vacation Rentals Agency from December 2017 to May 2019. In this role, they visited potential new properties, assessed them for improvement, and coordinated the onboarding process.

Currently, Ema Freitas works at ALTIDO as a Partner Account Manager, starting in August 2020. Prior to this role, they worked as an Onboarding Manager and Partner at ALTIDO from May 2019 to July 2020. Overall, Ema has gained extensive experience in hospitality, sales, property management, and customer service throughout their career.

Ema Freitas began their education at École Française de Porto in 1988 and completed their studies there in 2000, earning a degree in 9th grade with a general field of study. Ema then attended Escola Secundária Clara de Resende from 2000 to 2003, where they completed their 12th year of studies in the field of Humanities. Finally, they pursued a degree in Técnica de Turismo at Instituto Superior de Administração e Gestão from 2003 to 2008, focusing on the field of Tourism.
